What You Need to Know Before Your Carpet Cleaning

What do you need to know before your carpet is cleaned? Here's a quick breakdown of everything that we’ll need from you and a brief explanation of our carpet cleaning process.

1. Your job is almost done before we show up at your home. We'll handle moving most pieces of furniture, so we only ask that you remove fragile or valuable items from the rooms being cleaned and secure your pets.
2. When we arrive, we'll inspect the rooms you want to be cleaned and discuss the whole process with you. Then, after carefully moving your furniture, we'll start cleaning.
3. We'll steam clean your carpet using our signature hot-water extraction method. We'll also deodorize and apply our protectant as requested and then put your furniture back exactly where we found it.
4. Finally, we'll complete an inspection with you to make sure you're happy. When we leave, your carpet may still be a little damp, but it will dry quickly. As it dries, wear only clean, rubber-soled shoes or go barefoot, and keep the protective pads under furniture. It's very important that your carpet dries completely to avoid mold growth.
