Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Stanley Steemer product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund within 30 days from purchase date. Full refund will include original shipping cost; however, it is at the customer’s expense to return the item. Refunds for purchases will be processed as soon as possible after Stanley Steemer receives the product accompanied by a completed product return form. CLICK HERE to print the product return form. It is recommended that all products be returned using a traceable means of shipment such as UPS or FedEx.
